Our Mission

Our mission is rooted in the belief that collective action and solidarity give power to workers. Through collective bargaining, CCE AFT Local 4522 represents, protects, and amplifies the voices of Palomar College classified staff, their families, and all workers. We are committed to ensuring fair wages, job security, and dignity in the workplace. Our mission extends beyond just our members—it's about creating a lasting, positive impact on the entire community.
